Fantastic Stay!
friendly staff super clean room festive decorations
The staff was AMAZING!!! They were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that the room was super clean. The hotel even had decorations for Christmas. The tram stops right outside, a great feature!

fantastic stay
easy tram perfect location tasty breakfast helpful staff
The hotel is really close to the tram stop, made getting around super easy. the hotel location is perfect! breakfasts were tasty. I enjoyed the full english every morning. also, i found the staff helpful.
The lift looked a little unreliable. I preferred the stairs.

My double room was bright and airy, i appreciated the crisp white sheets. the bed provided a very comfortable night's sleep. it had sufficient space. It was everything i needed.

The bar offered a good selection of drinks at cheap prices. i liked the nightly entertainment, especially the singers on friday and saturday! there was a warm, inviting atmosphere. I felt very welcome.

I appreciated the friendly staff and the nightly entertainment. the breakfasts were good. our double room was clean. It had fresh towels daily. the hotel's location made it easy to get around.
the small lift caused some delays. it often got crowded. we ended up using the stairs more than we wanted to.

the hotel is near the beach. the pleasure beach is within walking distance. public transport options, including trams, are easily accessible from the hotel for travel.

There is nightly bingo with good money prizes. the hotel also has a pool table available at £1 per game. This seemed cheaper than other venues nearby. the reception is cute, giving guests a solid first impression.
